Use a mattress protector
Memory foam and latex mattresses can be damaged by exposure to water. So we recommend using a water proof mattress protector on your mattresses to keep them safe from any liquid spills.
Washing the outer cover frequently
Our mattresses come with a removable and washable outer cover. Depending on whether you use the mattress with a separate bed sheet, we recommend that you wash the outer mattress cover once every 4-5 weeks.
Airing your mattress
Given the humid climate in most regions of India, mattresses can collect moisture over time. This can result in an unpleasant odour developing in the mattress. Luckily, foam mattresses are reasonably breathable so we recommend that you air your mattress from time to time, by removing the sheets and keeping the windows open and/or keeping it out in the sun for a few hours.
Safety from sharp objects
As for the mattress itself, please keep it safe from any sharp objects as these might damage the memory foam/latex layers in the mattress.
- If you have placed an order today and you want to cancel either today or tomorrow before the product is shipped, then we will accept the cancellation with deduction of Payment Gateway processing and service fee of 2.5% on the paid value for the transaction
