Can You Use a Chest of Drawers as a Bedside Table? Here's What to Know
A chest of drawers can be used as a bedside table if it's roughly the same height as your mattress top (around 55–65 cm) and no more than 45–50 cm deep. It works best in spacious bedrooms or as a shared unit between two people, but a dedicated bedside table is usually the better fit for compact rooms or single-side nightstand use.
